Sustainable principles are being applied with regard to the design, construction and long term running of the building with the aim of achieving a certified BREEAM* environmental rating for the building of ‘Very Good’.

• Rainwater harvesting

The detailed design will encourage the use of locally sourced sustainable materials where possible. Natural ventilation and light will be maximised, subject to user requirements, while passive solar gain will be controlled.

You may specify your choice of external finishes (subject to planning requirements) internal finishes and layout, and the mechanical and electrical services.

The developer owns the site and work can begin soon after an agreement to lease is completed. Construction is anticipated to require approximately 12 – 15 months.
